Who’s behind the project?
My name is Marcos Antonio, a researcher with a deep passion for education and technology. I created GrowthLane because I’ve seen firsthand the exhaustion that takes hold of so many teachers, and how few people talk about the ways out. I believe educators deserve more time, less burnout, and the freedom to build their own future — and that AI, used the right way, can make all of it happen faster.
This blog is part of my mission: to help the people who teach live better and create new opportunities, with honest, tested advice grounded in deep research on the subject.
